I strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany me during the inspection. You should feel free to ask me any questions you may have during the inspection process. I will point out problems, and explain them to you, and show you the good points of the house as well. I will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition to help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the best understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain it.
You will get a summary report, a narrative report, telling the "story of the house", plus a full and comprehensive report a detailed documentation of all items/issues observed during the inspection.
